Tried to buy 35 TONs. End up stuck on "Error" page when trying to pay. On december 14th, 2023, i placed the order to exchange btc to usdt trc20.
Because the btc confirmation was not received my exchange was not completed for 4 days.
So, i post my 1st comment here with natural review.
Now after 21 days, btc has confirmed my transaction.
I contact coinfusion. And update him about it. And ask them to exchange with the latest rate.
And i am surprise, i got usdt trc20 with the latest rate after 21 days. I got $10 extra.
I never expected that they would agree with the latest rate.
But coinfusion agrees without any effort.
