No they didn't warn me, i placed the order 1 hour before the closure, asked them to pay the order fast because need it urgently, 5 mins before closing warned them "don't close without paying my application" they said we won't forget you don't worry! why!?

Ahmed, when your order was placed, we informed you in advance about our working hours and mentioned that processing might take hours. We also noted that we were about to close soon. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, immediate execution is not always possible - especially near the end of the working day.
When you requested a refund the next day, we promptly processed it, without any deductions or delays. From our side, all obligations were fulfilled properly and as transparently as possible given the circumstances.
