I've just changed Tinkoff to ETH.
As soon as I filled the form, the system said "you will get 7.03 ETH". I pressed "I agree" button and payed the requested amount, however I only got 6.974 ETH for the amount I paid.
So, the exchange was made with the exchange rate almost 1% worse then promised. I believe it's not fair.
I used another exchanges many times and each and every time the amount I got was exactly as promised. But not this time.

You mail duplicated letter, where you can see the amount to be received. You yourself said in the chat that it is fully consistent with the amount received. Also, you offer to return the amount, you said that everything is in order. Therefore, the essence of the claim is not very clear. You were paid exactly as much as stated in the order.

The essence is very simple, let me explain.
As I sad, the conditions offered by the exchange were very simple:
I pay 66 000 Tinkoff, I get 7.03 eth.
Unfortunately, I dont' have a screenshot, but please believe me on that one.
Very plain, very clear and very simple conditions. And I hit "I agree" and I paid 66 000 Tinkoff. What could I expect next? According to the conditions, the next part is where I get 7.03 eth. However, I got 6.97 eth and a letter saying that I change 66 000 Tinkoff to 6.97 eth. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know 6.97 is not exactly the same as 7.03.
Regaring me contacting the support via web-chat - it is of course the first thing to do to express a complaint. Unfortunately, it became very clear that chat support is not going to be of any help. They do, however, offered me to cancel the order, which is a good thing. This offer means a lot because it shows the service is not a scam of any kind. I was not interested (and stiil not) in that offer since I've had already paid a commision to my bank for the payment of 66 000 Tinkoff, which was a liitle more than 1%. If we cancel the order, then I pay the same comission to the bank once again using another exchange, so this does not make sence for me.
Once again, I don't say the service is scam (it is obviously not) or service is bad (it's excellent, actually). I only say the service is lying about it's exchange rate which is the main quality of this kind of service. That's not how a fair business should work.

Nsx, we received the order that is at 6.97. You yourself write that the mail came as much. When you click start exchange, the rate is fixed. This is the amount That was sent to you.
