my experience is bad with this website and the payment gateway..
I had follow all the verification process as per the website requirement...
The verification was approved..
but the payment was rejected by my credit card...
the payment gateway rejected my payment only becuase my card is belongs to Spain..
I did not get the 3D page to authorise the payment..
the payment gateway did not send the payment notification to my bank portal...
i am really upset..
because i was waisted my time with this website..
this website is not qualified to enroll with bestchange.com

This is absolutely valid comment.. your payment gateway is not allow any Spanish card to do the payment.. why it is declined on 2D.... I did not get any notification from my bank about the payment confirmation.. because your gateway did not sent any notification to my bank portal to confirm the payment... change the payment gateway...
