I recently exchanged almost $5,000 on this crypto exchange to EUR in my Revolut account. The transaction is marked as “completed” on their site, but the money never arrived in my account. There are no payment confirmations or updates. When I contacted customer support, they were incredibly unhelpful. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
