Just wasted my time. They had a best rate, so I started my application. And there were rows with requirements I've never had with other exchanges, such as IBAN and payment ID. I’ve started a conversation with the support and it took an hour with checking and coming back and asking for screenshots, etc. so when Ive finished my application the rate decreased as much that the final amount was less then the first one for 40+ $… why do you put unnecessary requirements so people starting chat with you and then you decrease your rate so much?

And when I told them Im not happy with what just happened, the answer was we didn’t ask to come to us, you came to us and asked for the transaction. So just keep it in mind, whatever they do, they don’t ask you, you are the one who is asking.
