I carried out a BTC USDT (TRC20) exchange, sending BTC directly to the exchanger’s address.
After receiving the funds, the service blocked the transaction and began demanding KYC.
I did not use any exchanges or third-party services and did not give consent to transfer the funds to the exchanger’s partners.
The exchanger’s internal risks and interactions with third parties cannot be shifted onto the client after the fact.
Requiring KYC after receiving the funds, without clear prior notice before the exchange, is unjustified.
If the exchanger refuses to complete the exchange, the funds must be immediately returned to the sender’s address.
