Good afternoon, I created an application on August 30 and paid for it, but I have not received the transfer yet (as of September 2). The application was completed by the marketplace on August 31, but the attached receipt does not specify the correct reason for sending the funds, which would allow the marketplace to identify my account and deposit the funds into my account. The marketplace has not provided the correct information and is refusing to address the issue.

To allow us to investigate the situation further, please provide proof that the funds were not received by the recipient. The best confirmation would be a statement from the recipient's account covering the period from the application date (Aug 30) to the present day
