Upon deposit, the funds went into an AML check, which, at first, didn't overly concern me. I promptly emailed all the requested documentation, including clear screenshots of the source of my funds, and even provided links to five key deposit transactions into my account.
However, my concerns began to mount when I received no confirmation email after sending my documents. Customer support's responses were generic, repetitive templated phrases. The stated review period of 3 to 14 days is unusually long; typically, other exchanges use third-party services for instant, automated checks.
This stark contrast between my seamless $5,000 transaction and the current hold on my $50,000 is incredibly distressing. It feels as though the larger amount is being deliberately exploited. The lack of transparency in their document review and verification process only intensifies my worry. All these factors combined have left me in a state of extreme anxiety, making me fear that this entire process is a flimsy excuse to retain larger sums of money.
How can a wallet that is both low-risk and just two minutes prior had a successful $5,000 transaction suddenly be deemed suspicious? And why should a verification process take up to two weeks?
Customer support's continuous repetition of 'you agreed to our terms before depositing' instead of offering a clear explanation for the extended review duration is frustrating. This constant refrain feels like a pre-emptive justification for holding funds. While I understand all services have rules, support should clearly explain the reason for such a lengthy and opaque process, rather than just reciting terms.
I sincerely hope this review, and its eventual resolution, can provide reassurance to others and clarify the unfortunate misconception that this exchange intentionally flags larger sums as suspicious to subject them to prolonged AML processes."

While I appreciate the general information regarding AML procedures and compliance, your explanation, much like the online support, largely reiterates standard protocols without addressing my specific concerns. For an account with a low AML risk (34 out of 100) and a successful, prior $5,000 transaction, a generic explanation is simply not sufficient.
I will wait for the review process to complete, and I sincerely hope this matter is resolved swiftly.
