I warned the exchanger about it. Wise automatically returned the transfer to the exchanger two days later.
The exchanger's support confirmed that the funds were returned. In Wise it is almost instantaneous.
They wrote that they might have a problem with my return. And that they could block my funds.
How they can have problems because of returning their own transfer I do not understand. They asked me to write on the first of December.
I wrote on the first of December and of course they have problems and are not going to return anything.
I have all the screenshots of the correspondence and proof of this exchange.
I am beginning to realise that I will not get my money back and that is why I am writing this review.
I highly do not recommend using this exchanger.

For our part, we reported that the service, in accordance with the rules and conditions with which the client agreed at the time of creating the application and was familiar with them, does not accept funds back without prior approval, and also sends funds without acceptance, taking into account the client’s limits (about which the service cannot know) and without taking into account the bank’s conditions.
We informed the client that at the moment it is strictly forbidden to return funds back, since the banks from which funds are sent have monthly limits and receiving these funds will trigger the blocking of the account, both our funds that were on it, and the funds that were returned to the client at this time check.
The client either did not listen to us, or, as he reports, his bank’s support service did this. The wise bank itself decided to return the chargeback (which is impossible without the client’s consent), return the funds, and our account, along with our money on it and the client’s funds, was blocked due to violation of the limit conditions and suspicions of money laundering.
At the moment, the service is kindly in touch with the client and is ready to initiate account unblocking to return funds to the client. The service communicates and is always available to the client through official mail and online chat on the website.
The service is ready to help the client, although the client violated the terms and conditions of the service. But it will take some time to resolve this issue.
Please leave a complaint if the service violated the rules or terms of exchange. And not in the case where the client provoked the blocking of the service’s funds and his own and now has a claim against the exchange office.

Banks have monthly limits of 20 thousand for sending funds and for receiving funds into your account. This is the general bank limit. When monthly limits are reached, another bank account is used. In your case, you initiated a refund that exceeded the limit.

Our service support clearly states that immediate refunds are strictly prohibited. After some time, you returned and reported that the refund was completed.
