I created an order, transferred funds, the order status became "Completed", but no funds arrived at my destination wallet.

Why would I check any screenshots? The blockchain is public and distributed, and as I can see in the SOL scanner (solscan.io), there were no incoming transactions during the last multiple days. As well, as in my wallet application. If so, why is the order marked as "Completed" as if the funds reached the destination address?
