Here it is showing that 0.09182083 ZEC to BTC is 0.00344 and i receive 0.00268464 BTC. Too much hidden taxes.

Initially I was angry about sss promising me 12 to 48 hours to solve my problem.
But on a second thought I realized I may have contributed to make their work difficult for them. I failed to screenshot my exchange order ID and close ss. So I couldn't provide it for sss to hasten their job when they requested for it.
But in all packages ss rock in the cryptocurrency exchange world. I just can't think outside of this box. They got me after I left changelly.

I sent 0.0273 BTC in exchange for 2.005 litecoin and it was confirmed on shapeshift. The irony is I never received the litecoin neither can I see my BTC back. I filed my report to support but no response since yesterday. It's (btc) an equivalent of my salary in a month. I can't afford to lose it. Pls I need suggestions or help please. Just any positive comment please.

In a transaction of 1.51 LTC, i receive 0.0143 BTC, in Best Change said 0.0174 even after i receive my BTC.

I see that this took place some time ago, but the output discrepancy is due to a miner fee. This fee is charged so that we can send the output to your wallet. Our miner fee was previously .003 BTC but is now .002 BTC.
