Where you can spend DOGE: top brands
Major altcoins, such as the leading meme coin by market capitalization — Dogecoin, are accepted at various retail outlets and online stores either directly or through payment gateways.
According to Cryptwerk, as of August 2025, more than 2,500 stores and services accept Dogecoin as a form of payment. Over just the past two years, this figure has grown by a quarter, which shows the growing adoption of the main meme coin DOGE as a payment instrument.
Microsoft
One of the world's largest tech giants, with a market capitalization of $3.7 trillion, accepts payments in Dogecoin. While the company does not yet support direct DOGE payments, it allows users to purchase goods in its store using the integrated BitPay payment service.
Thanks to this crypto payment integration, users can purchase both software and hardware products from Microsoft, including:
- Office 365 suite;
- Windows OS, Microsoft applications, and computer games;
- Branded laptops and tablets.
Microsoft was one of the first major companies to start testing crypto payments back in 2014, allowing users to pay for goods and services with Bitcoin.
Tesla
Another tech giant with a market capitalization of $1.09 trillion, Tesla added the option to pay with DOGE for some products in its store back in 2022. Unlike Microsoft, Tesla accepts Dogecoin payments directly.
For now, the company does not allow the purchase of Tesla electric cars with Dogecoin, but it does accept it for branded merchandise.
Dogecoin is the only cryptocurrency Tesla supports for payments. In 2021, the company began accepting Bitcoin, but just a month later, it stopped BTC payments — according to Elon Musk, due to the environmental impact of Bitcoin mining.
Newegg
The large online electronics and tech store Newegg, founded back in 2001, has been accepting Dogecoin for payments since 2021. The store supports direct DOGE payments for its goods.
The company allows customers to buy both ready-made computer systems and components from well-known brands, including HP, Lenovo, Acer, and LG. In addition to Dogecoin, Newegg also accepts Shiba Inu (SHIB), as well as Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
AirBaltic
AirBaltic is one of the largest airlines in Eastern Europe and operates regular flights to more than 70 destinations. Moreover, AirBaltic was the first airline to start accepting Bitcoin for payments back in 2014.
AirBaltic customers can book tickets on the company's official website and pay with Dogecoin, with the payment service automatically converting the meme coin into fiat. In addition to Dogecoin and Bitcoin, the AirBaltic website also supports Ethereum and stablecoins.
Travala
Unlike AirBaltic, Travala provides a wide range of services for travelers, from booking tours and hotels to purchasing airline tickets.
Since 2023, Travala has been accepting Dogecoin along with many other cryptocurrencies, including stablecoins, for its services. As of 2025, the platform supports around 100 cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, USDT, and more. Thanks to a partnership with the Toncoin blockchain project, the TON token has also been added to the list of supported cryptocurrencies.
Twitch
Twitch is one of the world's most popular streaming platforms. As of 2025, Twitch has over 240 million active monthly users, 35 million of whom visit the platform daily.
Twitch allows users to pay for "Turbo Subscriptions" to its services, as well as send donations to their favorite streamers using Dogecoin.
