How to find a suitable exchanger

Features of Thai baht cash (THB)
The term "baht" dates back to the 14th century or earlier and refers to a unit of measurement used in several Indochinese countries. Until 1860, large bullion coins made of gold and silver were minted, and later European-style coins, round and flat. Banknotes were also issued.
Officially baht Thai currency began to be called only in 1928.
Currently, there are coins with denominations of 25 satangs (the unit of exchange of baht), 50 satangs, 1 baht, 2 baht, 5 baht and 10 baht. However, only 2 baht, 25 satangs and 50 satangs are most commonly used.
Regarding banknotes, the seventeenth series of banknotes are now in circulation. Visually, they brightly reflect the national characteristics, decorated with a portrait of King Mahi Vachiralongkorn. There are banknotes in denominations of 20, 50, 100, 500 and 1,000 baht.
