Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By joining for the BestChange referral program,

you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Your content must explain that BestChange helps users find the best rates and reliable exchange services. Promoting the AML check service is also encouraged, as described below.

Where and how to promote

• on your website or blog, in articles and guides;
• on YouTube, Telegram and social media through posts and videos explaining how to use BestChange;
• in relevant communities and channels related to cryptocurrency, exchanges, security, or compliance, provided the publication is appropriate to the audience.

How-to guides, reviews, and checklist-based content tend to perform best.

1. How to earn by promoting AML checks for Crypto Addresses

If a user referred by you pays for an AML check of a crypto address, you receive a reward:

• 30% of the payment amount until 01/06/2026;
• 10% of the payment amount from 01/06/2026.

The reward is credited every time a user assigned to you pays for an AML check — indefinitely, provided the system correctly identifies the user.

2. Payouts

Earnings and payouts are calculated in USD.
Withdrawals can be made via Bitcoin, YooMoney, and Volet (USD and EUR).
Minimum withdrawal amount is $1.00.

3. Rewards for referred users (excluding AML checks)

For each unique referred user, total earnings can exceed $5.00+, depending on the user's actions. Earnings are generated by the following events:

• first visit: $0.10;
• use of the BestChange website: $0.05 × 10 = $0.50;
• return visits after 3/7/14/30/60/90/120 days: $0.30/$0.40/$0.50/$0.60/$0.70/$0.85/$1.05;
• joining the referral program: 30% of their earnings;
• if a referral program member you initially referred brings in another user to join the program: 10% of the latter's earnings.

Cases where a user is not considered unique

A user is not accounted for by the system if:

• there has already been a visit via a referral link from their IP address within the past 3 months, in which case they have already been assigned to the account of the referral program member whose link they originally used to visit BestChange.
• the browser does not transmit the address of the page from which the click was made;
• the user has no genuine interest in the BestChange service;
• the click was made solely for registration or to receive a bonus;
• the click was made by the owner of the referral link.

4. Prohibited actions

• clicking your own referral links;
• registering more than one referral account;
• fraud, bots, and incentivized traffic intended solely to obtain bonuses;
• PTC/paid-to-click/paid task services;
• pages or groups that are not publicly accessible.

5. Requirements for promotional materials

• The page or publication containing the referral link must clearly state what BestChange does.
• At least half of the content must be about BestChange's core service: helping users find the best rates at reliable exchange services.
• The content must not focus exclusively on the referral program or bonuses.
• The use of the BestChange name or logo in the names of communities, profiles, or groups on social media or Telegram, as well as in domain names or shortened links, is prohibited.
• Promoting BestChange products on behalf of BestChange is prohibited.

6. Violations and anti-fraud

In the event of a violation of the terms described above, payouts may be declined, and the violator's account may be blocked. If fraud is suspected, the administration has the right to request proof of publication and statistics, as well as to block the account without any payout and without providing an explanation.

7. Other

The referral program member is responsible for keeping their login/password secure.
By joining the referral program, members agree to receive informational communications from the BestChange website, including important news, updates, system messages, and recommendations. They may opt out of receiving such communications at any time in their referral account on the BestChange website.
The BestChange administration reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated version on this page.
