Advanced Cash UAH — a system for convenient payments

Advanced Cash payment system allows you to:

• Open a personal or business account. After registration, users can create personal wallets in different currencies: UAH, USD, EUR, RUB, KZT, BRL, TRY, VND, AZN and GBP.

How to register in the system

Registration in the system is simple and takes just a few minutes. To do it, you need to click the "Register" or "Become a client" button on the website or mobile application and go to the opened page with the registration form. Specify your real name and surname, email and set a strong password (a pop-up box indicates the strength of the combination).

Then, you should agree to the user agreement terms and click on the registration button.

After registration, you will get to your personal cabinet, from which you will be able to:

• Replenish the UAH account. It can be done by bank transfer, electronic money, via mobile phones of several telecom operators, exchange offices, and in cash via certified exchange offices.
• Transfer (within the system — free of charge), exchange and withdraw funds (at favourable rates). Among the available options — are personal wallets and cards issued in Ukraine, exchange to the most popular electronic money and withdrawal through exchangers. If the recipient does not have an Advanced Cash account, it is enough to specify his email address, and a link to activate the wallet will be sent to his email.
• Buy and sell cryptocurrency. In the case of buying, the payment is made from the AdvCash account, and the coins arrive at the wallet address specified by the user. In the case of selling, on the contrary, it is necessary to send crypto to the wallet address provided by the system, and the payment will be credited to the AdvCash account in hryvnias or other selected currency.
• Search for transactions. The system saves the history of transactions, and on this page, you can always find the required one.
• Contact the support service. In the FAQ section, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the work of the service, peculiarities of transactions, and cooperation opportunities. If there is no answer to the question you are interested in, you can create a ticket. You will get an answer to it as soon as possible.

Important. The list of systems available for use includes SWIFT/WIRE and Sepa, bank cards, mobile operators. Depending on the user's location and the expansion of the system's capabilities, the list of available payment systems may change.

Earlier, AdvCash users in Ukraine and most other countries could open a plastic or virtual bank card. But for 2023, this option is available only for European residents.

Account verification

It is mandatory for every user who wants to conduct financial transactions in the system. Passing it is not difficult, it takes only a few minutes.

To pass verification, you need to prepare:

• ID card. It is required to upload a scan of your passport, ID card or driving licence in JPG or JPEG format, GIF, PNG, or PDF is allowed. The volume of the scanned document must not exceed 8 MB.
• Residency data (not mandatory, may be required for extended verification). For their confirmation, it is enough to upload a scan of one of the proposed documents (passport registration page, payment receipt, bank statement) with a clearly visible residence address.
• A valid telephone number. It is indicated in the international format: +38 (xxx) xxx-xx-xx.
• Own photo for "face verification".

The data is checked automatically; it takes 15-20 minutes if all actions are performed correctly.

Security settings

Speaking about the features of Advanced Cash, many note the system's security. It is provided due to:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Intelligent identification. If there are doubts about the user's account, a PIN code is sent to the mail specified during registration, which he must enter to log in.
• Payment passwords. They are requested when carrying out transactions to transfer or withdraw funds.
• Code card. After activating the option, a card with dozens of reusable codes can be downloaded on the website.
• Binding to a certain range of IP addresses.
• SMS authorisation.

All the proposed methods themselves provide an average level of protection, so it is recommended to use them in combination with other options.

The highest level of protection for AdvCash UAH accounts is provided by SMS authorisation; the highest level of protection is provided by two-factor authentication (2FA) performed with the help of the Google Authenticator application.
