For explanation we don't know if someone made PM payment or just only created an order. If we didn't receive payment to PM wallet, our system can't recognise payment and it can't change status to paid.
We are monitoring PM payments so if Perfect Money security department unblock payment we complete an order as soon as possible in manual mode.

I checked your order and it is completed now.
Yes our system works in automatic mode but some of transactions Perfect Money takes for review and then we receive your payment with delay (more than 40 minutes). That's way order status was changed to Rejected.
This is answer from Perfect Money support:
"Under certain circumstances some account-to-account transactions might get temporarily blocked by our automatic security system. Such suspicious transfers get postponed for check and manual confirmation by our Security Department. Transactions put under investigation are reviewed and processed within following 24 hours."
It wasn't our fault but very sorry for your inconvenience.

I was very angry because of Bit-Changer's fraud.
Initially, I found exchange to buy BTC with PM and saw Bit-Changer on Top with prices $54xx.
After completed the order, I was frustrated and reviewed, Bit-changer changed the price to $ 55xx, but only 30 seconds later, Bit-Changer is back to Top with price 54xx.
That's a small amount, but that's fraud, I don't accept that and I need to warn the user.
