I sent only around $100 in LTC, and your request for full KYC verification including passport photos and a selfie with ID seems excessive and concerning for such a small transaction.
Before I provide any sensitive personal documents, I need clarification regarding this AML freeze.

1. What exactly triggered the AML flag on my transaction?
2. Which AML provider or compliance system was used for this verification?
3. What specific risk category was assigned to my LTC transaction?
4. Can you provide any proof or report showing the alleged AML issue?

For context:
The LTC funds were legally received over time as payment for freelance marketing services and were stored in my wallet for a long period before this exchange.
I can provide transaction screenshots and TXID confirmation first, but I am not comfortable sending passport selfies until I receive proper clarification regarding this situation.

We understand your concerns regarding the AML/KYC verification request for this transaction amount. However, please note that the freeze was not applied manually by our side. The transaction was automatically flagged by the wallet/compliance system during the AML screening process, which is outside our direct control.
Additionally, before creating an order, there is an AML/KYC confirmation checkbox that must be accepted in order to proceed. The same conditions regarding possible verification requests are clearly mentioned there and agreed to during order creation.
We also want to assure you that all submitted personal data and documents are transferred and stored through secure and protected channels only, and handled confidentially according to compliance procedures.
Unfortunately, without completing the requested verification, neither a refund nor a balance credit can be processed, as this depends entirely on the compliance provider’s approval.
You may first provide the TXID and transaction screenshots for initial review, but identity verification will still be required in order to proceed further with the frozen funds.

At this stage, my preferred resolution would be a refund of the LTC back to the original sending address, since I am not comfortable providing highly sensitive biometric-style verification documents for a transaction of approximately $100 without clear transparency regarding the compliance trigger.
As I already explained:
* these funds were legally obtained from freelance marketing work,
* they have been stored for a long period,
* parts of the same funds have already been exchanged multiple times over the past 2 years without issues,
* and I have also successfully used your service before.
I am willing to cooperate reasonably and can provide:

The result states that the Litecoin address is NOT present on official OFAC sanctions lists.
Check details:

The funds have neither been exchanged nor refunded, and no final decision has been provided by the exchanger.

I would like to point out that no clear review timeframe has been provided so far, while the transaction has already been delayed for an unreasonable amount of time considering the amount involved.
At this stage, the continued freezing of funds without a defined timeline, without transparent justification, and without any formal compliance report is becoming increasingly concerning.
I have already:
* cooperated in good faith,
* explained the source of funds,
* confirmed prior successful transactions,
* and even independently checked the wallet through a Chainalysis OFAC screening tool, which showed no sanctions issues.
Despite this, I still have not received:
* any estimated resolution time,
* any explanation of the specific risk,
* or confirmation whether a refund is possible.
Please understand that indefinite holding of customer funds without clear communication creates serious reputational and legal concerns for your service.
If this matter continues to be delayed without meaningful progress or resolution, I will have no choice but to escalate the situation further through:

We did attempt to send the payment earlier, and before proceeding, we also took your confirmation to ensure everything was correct from your side. The payment was then sent accordingly via PayPal.
At the moment, the transaction is showing as unclaimed, which typically means there’s an issue on the recipient’s end (such as the account not being set up to receive payments yet).
Additionally, the maximum processing timeframe of 48 hours has still not expired, so the payment is still within the expected window. Thanks

The processing time limits for exchanges are clearly stated on website. In this case, the required conditions were not met within the specified timeframe, and the transaction could not be completed within the allowed time.
Additionally, our team made multiple attempts to send the payment to your PayPal account from different accounts. However, each attempt resulted in an error on PayPal’s side, likely due to an account or system-related issue beyond our control.
As outlined in our terms, once the time limit expired, the transaction was no longer eligible to proceed. The funds were therefore fully refunded in accordance with our policy.
