It took payexchanger over 10 days to process my payment. Thats more than 240 HOURS!

They claim that "one of their employees send my funds to the wrong email". I find that hard to believe.

I was only able to get a response out of them by submitting a review on here. That's very bad for your companies image and It is unreasonable for me to get charged a fee to transfer money and have to wait OVER 10 DAYS to receive it.

I contacted them on facebook, twitter, and submitted several support tickets and was IGNORED. I was only able to get a resolution after complaining on here.

I will NEVER use service again. If i had not filed a complaint here I would have been defrauded.

If payexchanger really did make a mistake they should refund me the transaction fee and a screenshot of the "wrong paypal recipient", otherwise they were just planning on stealing my money.

You should refund my fee to make up for this mistake.

There was a live chat 8 hours online daily and we do not have a single unread message on our facebook page. Tickets take time to answer as we have load of support requests. On the other hand there was a new on twitter and website about a sudden death in family. Although I had to wait, messaging them on here, and providing a chat on the site really does help. Waiting more than 8 hour limit does hurt your reputation, but you are legit and have good intentions.

I got my money exchanged and I am happy.

I understand the fact that there is little reserve, but this should be said at the time of the transaction, it is stated that you have Paypal reservation, if you do not have a reservation the system should not inform you that the payment will take a maximum of 8 hours to be paid, problems, we have money that will not be paid on time.
